Mike Vann is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Trident Multifamily. He uses the skill sets developed over 20+ years of diverse work experience in both the construction and medical device industries to lead Trident through the negotiation and completion of construction & rehab projects as well as being a key member of the asset management and investor relations team. Prior to co-founding Trident, Mike had spent the previous 18 years developing a $7M personal real estate portfolio.
Rodney is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Trident Multifamily. He is a successful lifelong entrepreneur and has owned several businesses ranging from a music rehearsal studio, to his current chain of medical clinics. Rodney has been investing in real estate for over 15 years and has completed hundreds of transactions and built a personal portfolio in excess of $6M across multiple asset classes. He has been featured on several business and real estate podcasts and has authored 2 books on real estate investment. He also speaks at several local real estate clubs and hosts a monthly multifamily investment meetup group in Oklahoma City.
Carl Suverkrop is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Trident Multifamily. He is responsible for project analysis and repositioning strategies for each property that Trident acquires. Born in South Africa, Carl began to immerse himself in US real estate and the apartment industry in 2012 before officially immigrating to Texas in 2015 following the successful sale of his electronic security business. Carl holds a Texas Real Estate license as well as an Independent Rental Owner (IRO) designation from the National Apartment Association (NAA).
David Sims is a Managing Partner of Trident Multifamily. He focuses on investment partner relationships and Trident’s growth strategy. David’s background includes leading a $150 million portfolio of energy service companies with over 1,000 employees sponsored by a global private equity firm. He has been developing his personal real estate portfolio over the past decade in multiple markets across several asset classes. David received his Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management from Missouri State University.
Chris Mullaly is co-founder and Managing Partner at Spirus Capital Partners. He is an experienced Investment Banker with more than $30 billion in transaction volume in real estate, healthcare and technology industries. He began his career with Barclays Investment Bank in the Global Healthcare and Real Estate Group and has since held several positions in private equity, strategic finance and business development. Chris is an active Angel Investor, Board Advisor and Founder of Quantum Angels, a private investment firm that focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage healthcare, technology, AI, DeFi, IOT and social impact businesses.
Jeff Santoro is co-founder and Managing Partner at Spirus Capital Partners. He spent 15 years working with best-in-class institutional capital markets firms. During his tenure he has consummated over $20BN in transaction volume, lead-banking over $3BN in structured debt products. He began his career in real estate investment banking for RBS Greenwich Capital and Credit Suisse. Subsequently, he worked in capital markets on the structured products trading desk at Jefferies. After this, Jeff was a Director with LoanCore Capital, a privately held asset management firm focused on commercial real estate credit sponsored by GIC and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Jeff graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a BA in Economics and holds an MBA in Real Estate, Finance and Management from NYU Stern. He possesses Series 63, 82 and 79 licenses with FINRA.
